Royale Estate Group builds concept based projects, which attract high footfall of end users on completion: Piyush Kansal

Chandigarh: There is good news for those who want to own their own dwelling unit or even commercial space in tricity. "We are planning projects which will be based on unique concepts and design and competitively priced. These will be launched by the end of this year. We build concept based projects, which attract a high footfall of end users on completion and this is also a hallmark of all our real estate projects," said Piyush Kansal, young Director at Royale Estate Group, a well known tricity based real estate organisation.

Piyush further said, "Our group's USP is that we plan and build projects for all types of real estate buyers, be it the middle class, upper middle class or people who have very high end realty needs.” Kansal, who possesses quality business exposure first in London and now in the tricity region and Punjab, said: “By the end of this year we will be launching a 'Mohali Industrial Economic Zone’ in Mohali, which will be a new concept for North india. Never seen before." 

A graduate in Msc Management from London, Kansal is currently working as a full time Director at Royale Estate Group. It is noteworthy that he and his team has recently given possession of different units in a unique commercial project – Oxford Street, in Zirakpur, which is an iconic real estate asset of the region. “It is simply brilliant for its aesthetics, affordability and quality. We successfully leased out space in Oxford Street to international and national retail and food brands and many other established brands. In fact we will be taking care of this part in future projects too, thereby providing customers with lease options with top brands, which will help them start earning good rental incomes on their properties," revealed Kansal.

Sharing his thoughts as a young entrepreneur and Director, Kansal said: “I am mostly involved in making the product unique with features that can provide consumers ease of living and a better quality of life.” Talking about his journey so far, Kansal said, “Journey of an entrepreneur is physically, emotionally, and mentally tough as every day he has to face new obstacles. One should have a positive attitude and be a warrior in every situation and stick to set goals. Preity Zinta (Punjab Kings) New Delhi:  The Recorded Music Performance Ltd (RMPL) the sole Copyright Society registered by the Government of India for managing Sound Recordings, has filed a suit for copyright infringement for songs played at the Gujarat Titans games played at Narendra Modi Stadium, in Ahmedabad on behalf of one of its members. It is to be noted that a police complaint for copyright infringement of a song against Punjab Kings (PBKS) has been filed by RMPL in Mohali near  Chandigarh. A police complaint has also been made in Lucknow against Lucknow Supergiants (LSG).
