Oxford Street: One can get rid of rental blues with ownership by paying just Rs 20,000 per month


Chandigarh: There is good news for business owners and startups who can now own their office or outlet in the region’s iconic Oxford Street, developed by Royale Estate Group(REG)  on the Chandigarh-Ambala Expressway. REG has unveiled a unique campaign 'Apna Office Celebration' for those desirous of owning their own office spaces.  

Neeraj Kansal, MD, Royale Estate Group (REG) said, “The whole idea of the campaign is in sync with the dream of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to empower people, particularly entrepreneurs by making them self-reliant. We have unveiled 'Apna Office Celebration'  to coincide with the '75th Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav', as the initiative launched by us also gives freedom from rentals to businessmen. Under the campaign, one can have his/ her own office or shop for as low as  Rs 20,000 monthly EMI.” 

Spread in 4.5 acres of land, Oxford Street is the region’s only fully operational low-rise high-street market. The offices are located on the first and second floor and are ready for possession at Rs 21.90 lakh with an easy payment option. Piyush Kansal, a young Director with REG said, “Our approach is enabling. So, we have pegged the booking amount at Rs 1 lakh only and the rest of the amount can be paid in the form of EMIs by availing bank loans. What's more, we will also be giving a 100 gm Gold bar to those who book space in Oxford Street as a gesture of respect.”

It is to be noted that there are certain basic terms and conditions of the campaign that will have to be fulfilled by the applicant. Equipped with power backup, lift facility, common pantry, conference room and reception, café on each floor, customer waiting lounge on each floor, round-the-clock CCTV monitoring, and ample natural light, Oxford Street, which offers a British-style shopping experience, already has 75 + retail shops, food outlets and company office spaces. Some of the brands present are Reliance Smart, Zudio, Numero Uno,  Jockey, Lee Cooper, The Brew Estate, Barista, Deluxe Dhaba, Chawla, NI Hao, Tress Lounge Salon & Spa, and Burger King among others. Punjab Kings, Gujarat Titans & other teams face music on copyright issue

Preity Zinta (Punjab Kings) New Delhi:  The Recorded Music Performance Ltd (RMPL) the sole Copyright Society registered by the Government of India for managing Sound Recordings, has filed a suit for copyright infringement for songs played at the Gujarat Titans games played at Narendra Modi Stadium, in Ahmedabad on behalf of one of its members. It is to be noted that a police complaint for copyright infringement of a song against Punjab Kings (PBKS) has been filed by RMPL in Mohali near  Chandigarh. A police complaint has also been made in Lucknow against Lucknow Supergiants (LSG).
